worth having is EVER easily achieved. There are lots of tempting parking 
places on the way to goal. Getting on track, staying there, not easy .... 
but with persistent effort and a no room for failure attitude WE will 
succeed. You only fail if you fail to try again. Never give up.

We must all keep a good attitude, bounce back from the gains without beating 
ourselves up, attempt to encourage our pals, get out and exercise, drink 
lots of water, watch portions and so on. Most important is ATTITUDE.

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING.
