Good Morning Everybody,
    We have made it past the middle of this week and
are headed toward the weekend.  Are you getting excited, do you have something
special lined up to do?  Hope so because all work and no fun isn't any fun at
all.  Beside you work hard and deserve time to enjoy play time.  Don't you
agree?  Therefore, take the weekend off and spend the time on you for a
change. Have fun and enjoy.  You can do it.

        Making those hard decision takes courage,
determination,and strength....
 
   We all have courage, determination, and
strength to take ON the mission of going all the way to our goal.  The real
courage began when we first started on our mission to remove our unwanted
weight.  That took a lot of courage to join TOPS and head in the right direct,
to decide what weight you wanted to weight and make the commitment to
yourself. Knowing that you are going to make your unwanted weight go away is a
wonderful feeling.  Yes, that took a lot of courage and you continue to show
your courage as you continue to remove the unwanted weight you no longer
want.  Your determination to improve your health is another step that you have
taken. That is evident by the way that you select the foods that you are going
to eat and the way that you are going to prepare that food.  Getting the
proper nourishment and eating correctly is one of the ways that help us to
remove our unwanted weight.  It seems that the road or path you have taken is
 pointed in the right direction towards your goal and success. Oh, don't
forget that you also need the proper amount of sleep. yes, our bodies need
time to rest and rebuild from our busy day. When we think what it take to hold
it all together one might thing you would have to be a muscle man or
woman with great strenght but the reality is your strength comes from within
and from the heart.  The power that you have is the faith and believe that you
know that you can remove and keep your unwanted weight off is going to
happen.,  Yes, you are going to make your dream come true and your success
will happen.  You can do it.
