Good Morning Everybody,
   This week seems to be moving all long pretty
quick.  Why before we know it Wednesday is here and half of this week will be
over.  Make one start thinking about the weekend doesn't it?  By the way did
you have a good weekend, last weekend?  We hope so.  We did, worked in the
garden, went for a couple of short walks and had a great time.  Our daughter
and grand-daughter had to go back to Louisiana but that's to be expected, one
can't stay on vacation all the time.  We had a wonderful time while they where
here and we'll see them again soon.  Have a great day and remember to take
time out just for you and enjoy yourself. You can do it.

     Your body is sending signals to your
mind about your hard work is leading to better health.......
 
             
No, this isn't part of your dream but it is real and very true!  All of the
hard work that you have been doing is really starting to show off.  A little
bit here and a little bit there but that what adding up and making a real
difference.  The difference that you and other can see.  What is it that they
called it a IRD last year? Oh ya, now I remember "the noticeable difference". 
The difference that give us that extra boost and lets us know that it all
worth the effort.The signals our bodies are sending to our minds are the good
one letting us know that we are eating right, cooking right, exercising right
and most important removing our unwanted weight the correct way.   Signals
keeping us in check so that we can stay on track as we head towards our weight
loss goal.  Remember that we are strong and that we didn't take this mission
lightly, we are going to succeed.  It might take a bit of hard work but the
end
 result will show that we know what we are doing.  We are on the right course
there is no stopping us now.  We are going to make our dream come true and
succeed.  We can do this for ourselves.  We can.
