[CyberTOPS] Encouraging Thought for June 15, 2009

Good Morning Everybody,
     With early morning sun starting to shine it
indicates the beginning of  a new day.  A day in which we can turn our
attention to the matter at hand and that is removing our unwanted weight.  To
get back on track if we have fallen off or get back in leeway.  We all get a
chance to start anew.  A new beginning so to speak.  That is without going all
the way back to where we first started from.  Just a chance for us to refresh
ourselves and remind ourselves that yes we can do this and that we are going
to make it all the way to the goal weight that we set for ourselves.  It's our
dream and we can do it.

                       It's time to free ourselves from the cover
ups.............
 
      Cover up?  What cover up?  There's no cover up going
around here that we can thing of.  But it is true.  It something that we don't
really like to talk a lot about but the fact remains.  The biggest cover up
that we all use is our clothes.  We hide behind them in hopes that no one will
see us.  The problem is that now that we are removing our unwanted weight and
those clothes are becoming more than what we need!  We still wear them! 
Instead of replacing them, we feel comfortable in them.  Maybe it is time to
down size instead of covering up the progress that you have made.  Change your
ward robe and show off how well you now look as you have remove those pounds
sensibly.  Your removing your unwanted weight and there's no reason to cover
up your progress and success.  You can do it .
