Good Morning Everybody,
     Watching the weather this morning and we hope
that none of you are in the hard hit areas.  We have had plenty of rain and
some high winds.  But nothing real bad.  We wish that you all stay safe and
out of harms way.  Don't forget to take time out just for you today and enjoy
yourself.  It's worth it.  Have a great day and do remember to smile.

progress, your making a difference.............
 
     This is something that
we all need to learn to do for ourselves.  No, it doesn't hurt on little bit,
as a mater of fact you might even enjoy it.  No seriously, you should triumph
in your progress as you are making the difference that you started out looking
for.  Right?  Yes, you wanted to remove your unwanted, excess weight and
that's just what you are doing.  Oh, we realize that it might be taking a bit
longer than what you want it to take.  But keep this in mind the weight is
coming off and, this is the important part, it's staying off.  So be sure to
triumph at any chance you get with every weight loss that you have because
they are all important.  You're doing what you set out to do and you are
showing that you can do it.  So triumph when you can and shine.  You can do
it.  You're winner.  Go for it.  You can do  it.
