Good Morning Everybody,
   We hope that you had a good night sleep and are
ready for a wonderful day!  Also we hope that the server weather doesn't come
your way.  We're supposed to get some rain but nothing real hard.  Most of the
bad weather is going to be north of us.  At any rate we hope that everyone
stays safe and gets a lite rain, just enough to water the gardens and
flowers.  Have a great day and remember that you can make the difference your
looking for.  You can do it.


Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                                 Like a TV remote you can control the
television----       We all know how it feels when we misplace the remote to
our televisions and try to change the channel.  It becomes very hard and in
some cases down right hard.   Most of the time the first thing that we hear
is"has anyone seen the remote".  That remote control the changing of the
channels which we control.  Well, we have learned that we have the power to
control our weight.  Yes, our weight.  Before our decision to remove our
unwanted weight and reach the weight that we decided that we wanted to weight,
which is now our goal weight, we where out of control.  Now, we have learned
many new ways to helps us reach our goal and one of the tools is self
control.  Yes, we do.  We all have self  control/  We had it all along. We've
just had to find it and then put it into operation.  This is just what we've
done and it
 works.  We are removing our unwanted weight.  We are working at reaching our
goal weight.  Yes, we are going to succeed.  That's because we are in control
of our weight.  We are all going to be "STARS" of our goal as we succeed at
reaching our goals.  We can do it as we control our weight. We can do
it.
