Good Morning Everybody,
    Hope that your Monday went well and that you have
a great day today.  We're supposed to get rain today.  I guess that will be
good for the garden and for the flowers which is nice.  We hope that your week
is going the way that you have it planned and that you are staying on
track.  Have a great day and remember that you are special and that you can do
this for you.

Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!

           When you get
that "I feel alone" feeling remember it's not true........
 
     We all get
that feeling that we feel all alone and that nobody is there.  What are we to
do?  The first thing that comes to mind is that it is not true.  Yep, it's
false!  We are not alone at all.  All we have to do is remember that we have
our family, friends, our chapter, and TOPS.  They are ready to helps when we
need it.  For us on the computer we have Cybertops, where tops meet for a net
loss.  Just a key stoke away and your not alone.  So you see if you let that
feeling get to you and do nothing. Then you will be alone. There is no
reason for that to happen as you can contact a family member, friend, tops
member, anybody, then your never alone.  Right?  Use the power of thought and
remember a conversation you had with someone that gave you positive uplifting
comfort.  Then remember that you are a special person on a mission to reach
your goal and you are going to succeed.  You can do it, your on the right
path, headed
 in the right direction, making progress each day. Success is in the future
and really you don't have time to feel alone, we're all busy removing our
unwanted weight to reach our goal.  We are going to succeed.  We can do it.
