[CyberTOPS] A Good Feeling

      Just wanted to share the good feeling I was walking 
around with on Thursday.  Went to see my GYN (get those
minds out of the  gutter! LOL) and the first thing he said
to me was "WOW, you have lost 30 or 40  pounds!  That is
great."  I left his office walking on air then went  to
Catherines for a little shopping.  Everything I tried  fit
or was  to big!  Had to talk myself out of buying stuff that
I really don't need  and reasoned that I really didn't need
the formal dress that was on sale. I  would be better served
to wear the same outfit at IRD that I wore at SRD and by 
next year I might be in a smaller size!  Bought a beach
coverup and a  dressy blouse for IRD.   It was good to feel
so positive and good  about myself!
 My regular Doc has yet to mention my weight loss (but in
fairness he has been  a saint never mentioning my gains, I
really can't complain) so it was a big  surprise to have my
GYN do so.
