      We hope that as the new morning sun rises and
greets you with it's warming rays of sunlight  it warm you and gives you the
feeling that everything is going to work out all right.  Just believe and know
that you can succeed at doing what you set you mind to.  It's worth it.  Just
remember that you are going to reach you "STAR" and become an honored
KOPS.  Ya, make your dream coming true.  Have a great day and do remember that
you are special and you are making the difference   You can do it.

from top to bottom and everything in between.........

   
    We all have
learned that we have to stayed focused on our mission in order to maintain a
steady weight loss.  At least stay on track.  We also have learned that our
focus has to include our whole being, yes all of us.  Nothing gets left out. 
We are a complete package! We are removing our unwanted weight from all over
our bodies.  Little amounts at a time, but it coming off. We're the ones that
making it happen.  That's what we're looking for is our unwanted weight to
come off and stay off.  Never to return that would be great! What's more we're
going to make it happen.  You are in control and the difference that you are
making is starting to show off with all the energy that you have along with
the can do it attitude.  You are going to make your dream come true.  You are
going to make your "STAR" shine brighter than ever before.  You can do it.
