[CyberTOPS] Encouraging Thought for June 4,2009

Good Morning Everybody,
   Where has this week gone?  Tomorrow will be the
last day of this week.  Hard to believe isn't it.  But that's ok because we're
looking forward to the week end anyways. After a hard week of working it's
nice to know that the weekend is just around the corner and we will be able to
relax for a while. Do you have a lot planned?  We do.  Spending another
weekend with our granddaughter from Louisiana.  We've been having lot of fun
while they've been here.  Have a great day and remember you are in control of
what you are doing for you and that you are a winner. You can do it.
 
Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!

          You've excepted the challenge,
now except the praise.....
 
       Now is the time to start excepting the
praise that comes along with competing all of those challenges that we have
excepted to do and have completed.  Yes, some of them where a bit on the hard
side. However, we all manage to make even those challenges seem easy.  We set
our minds to the tasks at hand and went for it.  Yes, we made it and we felt
great when we finished each challenge that we tried.  What a great feeling of
accomplishment!  Now, on the other hand we need to be ready to handle the
feeling of what you have just did.  It should make you feel great both on the
inside as on the outside.  To be simple about it you should feel great all
over.  We know we would, especially after just completing a great challenge. 
So the next time you complete a challenge, remember that the praise that goes
along with it is there for you to collect as well.  Because you did it and you
deserve the glory that comes with it.  Remember that
 you are special and that you are on your way to reaching your goal weight.
Also success will be yours.  You can do it and success is getting closer with
each weight loss.  Reach for the "STARS" because one of them is "YOURS".  You
can do it.
