Good Morning Everybody,
    How has your week been going so far?  Good we
hope.  Also we hope that you have been able to stay focused on your goal and
where it is that you want to go.    Just remember that you have a dream and
that you have what it take to change that dream.  Yes, you can do it.  You
have what it takes and you can make it happen.  We hope that the rest of your
week turns out the way you want it to or the way you need it to.  Either way
as long as you have a smile on your face, happiness in your heart and your
happy, then you've had a good week.  Have a great day and remember that
we have you in our thoughts and prayers.

               Your making a positive change in your live
with TOPS.......
 
     We would have never thought how important our one
little decision to join TOPS would make.   As we look back to that day we see
all the sparkle and glitter that we some how slipped by us.  It might be
because we were so caught up in trying to figure out just how we are going to
remove our unwanted weight.  Then it was like a light bulb came on and we
realized that we have a real helping hand in TOPS who is always there when we
need them.  That we are never alone.  They are there to let us know that you
have to try in order to succeed and that you can do it.  We all have our
chapters, which are a part of TOPS, and our meeting help us be accountable for
our actions, both good and bad.  TOPS helps us realize that we can be positive
and we can make our dream come true and that removing our unwanted weight is
very possible.  That we are in the driver seat and that we are in control,
that we can make it happen.  If it is meant to be, it is
 up to me.  Linda has said for many of years that all good things are worth
waiting for and as long as you remove your unwanted weight safely,so that it
doesn't return then it will work.  You can do it and TOPS is there to give us
support and encouragement all the way to your weight loss goal.  Make your
dream come true and success will be yours.  You can do it.  Your on your way
to shine like a "STAR"
