Sounds like to me you did as any GOOD TOPS BUDDY would do and reminded them
what tops is about. Healthy eatting and support.  I clap to you, it takes a
lot to NOT give in the peer pressure no matter what drug or food it is.  I
hope you've patted your self on the back.  Won't they be sad when they show
up with a gain from their BBQ/or non tops night.
Keep your chin up great job. I wish I had someone that spunky in my group,
