GONE ** GONE **GONE ** ( lost 2 3/4 pounds this week )

I am on TOP* of CLOUD ** YBR **  and i don't want it to BURST ***
so keep them STORMS...........AWAY **>>>>>>

5 months...........i do beleive i have set some realistic goals **
I have 4 more weight ins till IRD>>>>>>>>>>>and i want 5 pounds.

I will take more.........** LOL ** I AM WEIGHT LOSS ** HUNGRAY **

I can feel it...............and YES>>> i am very happy with my self **

I have come to realize ** PEOPLE **  do treat you better........but also i do
believe when we feel better about ourselfs we are more friendly to others.
 we come out of our Shells **
I can do things i was afraid to do **
like this weekend.............I ,lucy Drove to Cincy............to see Jacob
play
his T-Ball game..............all by myself **>>> 50 pounds heavier i would
have
been afraid to make the Trip **
I HAVE CONFIDENCE. ** IN ME **
