[CyberTOPS] Encouraging Thought for June 1, 2009

Good Morning Everybody,
     Guess what we just realized!  Ya,  I just  looked
at my watch and May was gone, it was replaced by June.  What a surprise that
was.  Especially when I didn't think we were that close to the end of May.  
Had to go check the calendar just to make sure and by golly it's true the
calendar showed the month of June has arrived.  Yes, we're ready to continue
on our journey to our surprise discovered that the month of May, that we were
doing so good in, had up and left us.  Without even saying goodbye! More fun
and activities to do with our families and friends.  We can do them and come
out the winners,  So be ready and know that you can do what comes your way and
the fun that you will have.  Don't forget that you will also be coming
healthier, removing more of your unwanted weight and enjoying yourself to
boot.  It's one of those win--win situations.  You can do it.

         Extending your helping hand may
give someone the 
                     encouragement they need get through a
hard time and back on track .......  



           We all have learned
just how important those helping hand can be.  What's more surprising is that
we never know exactly when, where, how or from whom those wonderful helping
hands are going to come from.  What we do know is that when they show up we
are so relieved to know that someone really cares and has taken time out of
their busy day to help us.  Such a wonderful feeling and we start to wonder
just how can we repay that person for being there in our time of need.  That's
when we realize when the time is right and someone is in need we have the
ability to extend our helping hands to them.  Thus, we help others as we have
been helped.  As it has been said before that is what helping hands do, help
one another, encourage each other and be there for each other when we all need
help.  The best part of all is all we have to do is ask.  What is it that
grandpa used to say, oh ya, ask and you shall receive, guess what it
 still works today.  Just remember that you can do it and that you are on your
way to the weight loss goal that you seek.  You can do it.  Success will be
yours.  Make your dream come true.
