Good Morning Everybody,
     Question, are you ready for whatever it is that you have lined up for today?  Great, now do keep that smile on your face and enjoy yourselves to the fullest.We took a look at the calendar this morning and got the sad news that this month is very fast getting ready to move on. Its replacement is ready to go, August!  We hope that you all had plenty of success in July and that you continue to do so in August.  You've set your goals and know that you can make them. So stick to your plan and we'll see you in KOPSLAND.  You can do it.


Today's Encouraging Thought!!!!!!!!!!!

                       You have in-visioned it--you can feel it-- now do it............

            In the beginning our minds first saw  a dream of what we would look like once we removed our unwanted weight.  Wow, we look fabulous.  Now if we could just remove a little of our unwanted weight.  Sometimes things just didn't work out the way we hoped.  What ever we tried seemed to let us down or add more weight.  We had each other and family for support but that didn't seem to be enough.  We seem to need more and then it happened! Just we heard of an organization called TOPS  (take off pounds sensibly).  We found a local chapter, go to a weekly meeting,  weight in for accountability, support, knowledge and much, much more.  TOPS is helping show us that we can remove our unwanted  weight safely and that we can be successful at the same time.  It just take planning of you meals, being active and drinking your water.  Now we realize with all we have learned that we don't have to wait to remove our unwanted excess
 weight.  We can do it now.  Yes, we can start today.   Yep, we can make it happen!  We have study the book, taken the hands on cooking classes, done some of the exercises classes, and know how to keep our bodies hydrated.  So it time to go for the gusto and make it happen.  Like they have said in the past nobody made us eat in the first place and now it is up to us to say enough is enough!! We say that we all can do this and make our dreams come true and that the time for our vision , that we can feel and realize that is now.  No more waiting, we can do this because you are the "STAR" of your "GOAL" and you are going to "SHINE" brighter than ever.  Your a winner and you can do
