Good Morning Everybody,
We hope that you week has gotten off to a good
start and that you are meeting you short term goals. Just keep in mind that
you still have to have time out just for you. We have some bad weather
yesterday but it didn't last long and it was gone. Looking at the calendar
we only have a few days left and this month will come to an end. We hope that
you have success reaching your goal for this month. You can do it.

What does the environment have
to do with our thoughts one might ask? Well a lot if you take time to think
about it. First, lets explain environment! The environment we're talking
about is what's happening around, what we're doing, how we're feeling, all the
fact's we deal with every day. That's the environment we're talking about.
Now, you all know about your thoughts, right. Here's a question for you, are
your thoughts creating your environment or is your environment creating your
thoughts. Take some time and really think about all the things that you do
and how they effect you, how you take care of the things that need your
attention. In order to be in control and create the things to happen the way
you want they to happen. First, when you go to bed tonight think of what you
want for tomorrow, set your plan in motion so that when you rise in the
morning your thoughts will all ready know and you will be ready to go. We
must
that we create want we want to happen. Think about it we want to remove our
unwanted weight and that's what we are doing little by little. Yes, we are
succeeding even if you may not think so. As long as you continue to try you
are going to make your dream come true. Our thought shows us that what goes
on around us and inside our minds all effect us. However, it is up to you to
make the right decision. We have chosen the right path to followand it will
take us towards the goal we seek. Remember that you have the power to make
the difference in reaching your goal and you will make your "STAR" shine. You
can do it.
