I am happy to say after a BIG gain last week (I know I would have had one)
and working myself into a migraine and not being able to go last week, I
registered a gain of 1.25 lbs. That makes me 1 lb. over my goal but still in
leeway. I know I really lost this week because I was super careful to write
down what I ate and exercised but with the gain I know  I had last week, I
was glad I had gotten it down to only 1.25 lbs. gain.
I confessed to the club what I did about driving myself to a migraine and
everyone was so understanding and supportive. I knew they would be but I
couldn't see that last week. I am in a really great chapter.
Hope everyone has a good week. Thursday is our youngest son's birthday so I
am going to Field Museum with his family for the day. Get to spend some good
quality time with my grandkids. Can't wait.
