Alright... Encouragement and support and advise is DEFINATELY welcome and
needed.

I was a TOPS member back in 2003 , lost 80 lbs then thought i could do it on
my own.  NOT !
2004 i had gastric bypass and lost 110lbs.
I have not gained back the weight, just not completely at my personal goal.

I recently re-joined my old chapter for that "push" i need and to face the
scale each week.
I am now only 4lbs to goal and struggling.
I want KOPS.... I will be KOPS.
