[CyberTOPS] 2 Thursdays roll calls/exercise report

Sorry this is soooooooo late, was not able to weigh in the 
last 2 weeks, one was due to work and one was I was in 
Dallas with my daughter trying out for the Biggest Loser 
thing. In the last 2 weeks I have walked 30 miles. I am 
having problems with my computer at home, unable to access 
my emails, I am at my niece's home on her computer. I will 
try to keep in touch as much as I can, hopefully will get 
my computer fixed soon. Have a great week!! Hugs to
