Good Evening Everybody
     We hope that your day has been filled with all
that you wanted to do. Also that you were able to have a smile on your face to
spread sunshine all over the place.  Hope that you were able to get those
chores done that you wanted to get done.  Did you have time to spend on
yourself?You must take care of yourself first.  Any ways we hope you all had a
great day and are ready for another day tomorrow.  Just because you can.

thanks for all that comes your way and the your progress.........
 
 
           In our busy lives we sometime forget to give thanks to ourselves
for what we have achieved as we work towards the goal we seek.  Oh ya, we see
that things are starting to change and that the way that we used to do certain
things have now begun to take a different way.  However, our plan to reach our
goal weight and make our dream come true is part of a special plan that we
know in our heart is going to come true.  So as you get ready to retire for
the day and rest your body, give thanks and get ready for tomorrow as it is
sure to be as active as today.  Also, remember that you have the power,
knowledge, know how, education and a special skill to make it all come true. 
You can do it, it's up to you. You are the "STAR" of your  "GOAL" headed
straight toward your goal.  You can do it.
