[CyberTOPS] 10 lbs challenge

Since the attachments don't go thru I would love to see them.
It sounds like a great thing to do with my chapter.

As some might have heard, Barbara Cady gave all members a 10 lbs challenge
by the end of the year. 

I made these up for my members of my chapter. These sheets of paper will
help us track each members loss. I cut them cut and places in an envelope
for each member. The key is for each member to have all of the lbs out of
the envelope by the end of the year. Each week the members will take out the
pounds they loss. If they gain, they will have to add the pounds to the
envelope. 

I didn't want to leave our KOPS out. I also made up a thing for "KOPS In
Leeway" for the KOPS members. I made enough for the KOPS members have enough
until the end of the year (with a few less). 

When the member reaches their goal there can be an award selected by the
chapter.

I hope this gives someone some ideas for contested or to help with
motivation.
