I missed last night's meeting due to a migraine. I had to go to the E.R. for
pain medication. Here is the deal sorry as I am to say------I went with my
son and daughter-in-law to Detroit for her daughter's baby shower and all we
did was eat and drive and eat some more. I didn't make all bad choices, I
thought but when I got home me being me, jumped on the scales and was
WAAYYYYY out of leeway-----I worked myself up so much that I got a
migraine!! I guess I am not as strong as I thought I was but now I am
getting back on track and will give my club my "confession" next week. Makes
me a great leader, huh? NOT!!!! Not only did I let myself down but my club,
too!!
