 I am sorry to report I gained .50 lb. this week but I am still just under
goal, so that's good. We had a family reunion this past weekend, guess I ate
too much but we had a wonderful time. My mom always planned these things and
since she died we haven't had one so in her honor, my sister and I planned a
reunion and called it Estherfest 2009. Mom's name of course was Esther!! How
she would have loved it. We played badmitton, a game she loved, volleyball
and swam in the neighbor's pool, had too much to eat and at night fall we
even had fireworks.
All in all a grand success so I don't feel too badly about my .50 lb gain.
I will do better this week, hopefully as I am trying to stay under goal.
