[CyberTOPS] need suggestions

At our meeting this week we decided for everyone to come up with one or more
short phrases we could say at our meeting at roll call when someone has a
gain.  Right now we just say "We're glad you are here".  We want to come up
with a lot of different phrases, cut them up and draw a different one out each
week. 
 
So if you have any suggestions, please send them in.
