My roommate and I get ours hit or miss, have for years, and it really
bothers me because we pay for those magazines in our membership fees. If I
pay for it I want it whether I read it or not you know what I mean? I
haven't received my July TOPS NEWS yet and, if I don't, I will contact
headquarters AGAIN about this.
