[CyberTOPS] Balance beam versus digital scales

Ours does that, and I think it has to do with the floor you've got it
sitting on. It's trying to balance itself to zero and is letting you know
it can't. Try putting it on a small piece of plywood and see if that helps.
We used to have a balance beam, and they are not as accurate as the
digital. You can "fudge" a balance beam, but you can't trick the digital
scale.
