[CyberTOPS] Roll call

Still no exercise to report.  Last week I had to have a shot of cortisone in
my right knee and I could hardly walk at all.  It's better but not 100%.  I
said I'm falling apart first my right foot, then my back and now my knee.
LOL  Thinks have got to get better.
I did manage to lose 1 pound this week.  I was hoping that I'd lose the 2
that I had put on 2 weeks ago but am happy I had a loss at all.
