Happy 4th of July!
 
I had a loss of 2 lbs this week......not sure how I did this, but I'll take 
 it.  I did try to stay away from so many sweets and snacks, and I walked  
some even in the humid and warm weather.   I am at goal and would love  to 
stay here or just below......but I'm happy being in leeway.
