[CyberTOPS] 7/2/09 Weighin / Exercise

Happy (Almost) 4th of July Everyone,
Weighin: lost 0.6 (yeah awesome)
Exercise: 10.07 miles (could of been better)
 
I felt that I had a pretty good week, although my exercise I know I could have
done better. I did keep a food journal and I wrote down everything that I ate.
This week I did really well with my fruits and veggies *pats herself on the
back*
 
Lately I've been all over the map wth this jogging thing. While I would like
to keep on going, I have decided to hold off on it for the time being. I
really want to focus on burning as many calories as possile when i workout. I
don't know how I'm going to do during my 5k in September, but I will finish
it.
 
This week I really want to focus on my exercising and getting in my weight
training. I really fall short when it comes to that.
 
I'm also part of an online 15 week challenge. Where we week we have to do a
different challenge. This week we had to revamp a receipe to make it
healthier. I choose to redo cupcakes. By just swamping a couple of ingridients
I was able to cut the calories and fat grams in half. I think that deserves
another pat on the back *pats herself on the back*
