Hi everyone
Well I went back to TOPS tonight and was up 3/4 lb......not bad for being away
for 5 weeks, and not  being able to exercise.

Did not stay for the whole meeting as I was in a lot of pain from sitting and
needed to come home and get my meds........need to feel better, I have a Mouse
to visit... MICKEY..........M-o-u-s-e
Will be leaving on the 12th to the 19th.........for I.R.D.

I am KOPS right on goal.........
