I weighed in this morning. I squeezed by with a 0.20 loss and I will take
it. I was worried it would be a gain because I kind of went off track
Tuesday and Wednesday after doing good all weekend. I hope to get back on
track this week because I would LOVE to return next week with a loss and get
a charm for having a loss after my birthday AND the 4th of July!!! It's
gonna be hard because I'm going to dinner with my mom tonight, friends
tomorrow night, my girl Vel (who's doing great!) Saturday night, and more
friends on Sunday! UGH! I will do my best. I promise!!! Birthday weeks, for
me at least, are hard! My work had a luncheon today to celebrate the 4th of
July (I joked and said that it was actually to celebrate my 33rd birthday
LOL) and I weighed in early so I could enjoy the luncheon and not worry
about it affecting the scale at TOPS tonight. Our treasurer weighed me in
early.

Well.....I got the PH tube out Tuesday afternoon. I was soooooo thrilled to
have that thing out of my nose. Every time I chewed or swallowed or anything
it would hit the tip of my nose and drove me crazy! My nose was running the
whole time and I sneezed a lot....it felt like a horrible cold. Those 24
hours were miserable. I know many people go through a lot worse but, since I
don't, I will moan and complain about how bad it was! LOL! The nurse took me
back and yanked it out and I was like THANK YOU JESUS!!! LOL! A normal PH is
7.0. I stayed in that range pretty much the whole time.....except when I
went to sleep. It dropped down to 4.9 once during the night. In other words
I am having terrible acid reflux at night when I sleep so all day I'm
clearing my throat and etc. because of the acid I experienced during the
night. My ENT put me on Zegerid (sp) and I'm supposed to take it each night.
I took it the first night and my throat was horrible all day yesterday. I
didn't expect miracles the first day but thought MAYBE I would have SOME
relief. Wrong. I took it last night and today it's still bad but not as bad
so I'm like either the pills are working or God gave me a good throat day
since it's my birthday! LOL! Either way....thank goodness!!! I look forward
to keep taking the pills and it getting better and better.....knock on
wood....hope and pray!!!

Well....that's my story and I'm sticking to it! I hope you ALL have an
awesome weekend and 4th of July and etc. LOVING all the e-mails. YOU GUYS
ROCK! I hope to read them all tonight and this weekend and catch back up!!!
