Our chapter uses the point system for most contests

Example:

1 point for contacting a member (a different member each week)

1 point for staying for the meeting

1 point for turning in Food chart

1 point for exercising 15 minutes a day for 3 or more  days in a  week

1 point for losing/same/ KOPS at or below goal. (KOPS above goal must have
a loss,to get point)

2 points for losing/same/KOPS at or below goal. (KOPS above goal must have
a loss,to get point)2nd week

3 points for losing/same/KOPS at or below goal. (KOPS above goal must have
a loss,to get point)3rd week

4 points for losing/same/KOPS at or below goal. (KOPS above goal must have
a loss,to get point)4th week

Bonus - 5 points for losing all 5 weeks.  KOPS at or below goal all 4
weeks or KOPS above goal with loss all 4 weeks.

If members losses are not consecutive the only get 1 point.

Person with the most points - is the winner.

We also put everyone else's name with a loss at the end of the contest on a
 ticket and we draw for a second prize.

Usually our prize is a choice of a charm or 1 months free dues.

This has worked very well for our chapter.
