[CyberTOPS] Wednesday weigh in and pledge

Well I lost 1 pound this week.  Most likely from cutting my hair but I'll take it.  I am going to pledge that I will end the month right where I am now.  I have been on a roller coaster for a while where I lose around a pound one week and then gain over a pound the next week.  I need to stop this.  Since I lost this week I am going to try not to have a gain next week.  It would probably be better if we weren't getting rain every day.  Anyone want some?  We are under another flash flood warning until tomorrow morning.
