[CyberTOPS] too hot to eat?

this is really going to sound silly, but I am too hot to eat.  I just don't
know when is a good time to eat dinner in the summer right now.
 
I have been in and out all day on errands. Out side in the heat, inside in the
a/c.  At 6pm I thought to myself..... boy oh boy,,,, I'm not hungry, I' m too
hot to eat.  Then I thought how silly that sounds.
 
In the winter time at 6pm, I'm READY to eat but not now.
How does everyone else feel,  Do you eat regardless at the same time every
day?
