[CyberTOPS] Contest Problem

Yes, you can have separate contests, or two winners for the same contest, a
TOPS and a KOPS. Usually the rules for TOPS are to have a loss if they are
above goal, or be at or below goal. You could have graduated points for how
far below goal. Try and have points for other things besides weight loss on
your contests, such as attendance, keeping a food chart, exercising, giving
a program, etc. This can often level the playing field.
