[CyberTOPS] my chapter voting to allow others in weight room

Last night they voted 9-8 to allow another member in the weight room to keep
track of how an individual does.  Well I had told them that it was against the
rules.  I was told that it would be handled tonight.  ( A so there! in your
face kind of attitude)  The leader told all of us it was legal if we voted on
it.  And that was that... also she had talked to our Area Captain and was told
to go for it.  I asked the leader if she called our Area Coordinator too....
she said "Ah.... yes last weekend."  So they voted after I told everyone with
back up from other members about how it is a private issue.

Well I contacted the Area Coordinator and also the Regional director... The
Area. Coor. said it was not legal, went against the by laws... and quoted me
it from the weight recorders book.   She also said she hasn't talked to my
leader in over 2 months.... She lied to all of us, made me look bad in front
of the group.... I felt glad to know I wasn't messed up on the rules, but
angry she lied to make herself look good.  It will be interesting to see how
she gets herself out of this..... Others in our chapter heard it to... They
are not happy with her leadership...
