I had a small gain of 1 1/4 pounds at weigh in this past Monday.



Exercise: Walked 10 miles this past week.



Things are hectic around my household right now, I am going off line for
awhile. You can send to me one on one but not cybertops, too many e-mails to
go through at one time.
