I am jumping for joy today----I was on vacation last week and we ate good,
not necessarily well, but it was good. I gained 1.50 lbs. making me 1 lb.
over goal but still within leeway. Yeah!! I know it was a gain but I am just
thankful it was not more. I am back on track so barring any slip over the
4th I will do ok this week. My goal is not to have a red mark on my chart
for the summer. Quite a lofty goal for me but I have to try.
