Weigh in is private. The only members of the chapter that can know a persons
weight are the Weight Recorder, Asst. Weight Recorder, and Leader... Tops
just passed a rule that the Treasurer is allowed to see a persons weight.
(Their weight should be on a new or renewal membership form which the
treasurer usually sends with the check). I'm not sure what kind os "stats"
they want but most stats are handled by the weight recorder. Number that
weighed in, chapter gains and losses, best loser etc.

I have a question about the weight room. We voted on allowing others in the
weight room besides the two weight recorders and the member. We voted to
allow
a member to be in there to keep track of individuals weekly stats. I thought
it was supposed to be only the weight recorders and the member. I strongly
said that we need to keep that a private place. What is the answer to
this...
