[CyberTOPS] Gained

  Gained 1 lb. this week!!!!   I knew I would have a gain this week.....last
week I got down to 210 -----  and it seems I just can't break that cycle....
once I get to 210 I put on a lb. or so.....

  But this week I am really going to work at it and see if maybe just maybe
I can lose 2 lbs. this week and automatically just go directly to 209 and
not stop on 210......maybe that will do the trick....
