[CyberTOPS] [CyberTOPS-Menus] dilemma

Hi everyone. I have a problem in my tops group. It is a good problem, my KOPS
are all at or below goal. They have been KOPS for years and never lose status.
My problem is that I want to do a Tops Biggest Loser contest and include the
KOPS. I am doing it on percentages but the KOPS ALWAYS win everything. This
tends to have people not participate in contests where the KOPS are included.
If the KOPS stay the same and never lose weight their percentagre will be 0
and not help their partner. any suggestions on how to include the KOPS so that
it would be fair for everyone would be greatly appreciated.  Debby Tops Leader
