Lost:  2.2 pounds

Exercised:  185 minutes

We held an open house tonight and had several people come in and 3 join.  We
now have 18 members in our group.  We are small but doing well.  We had a
net lost of over 26 pounds for the month of January.   Considering that some
members didn't weigh-in until after the New Year with Christmas gains we did
very well.
