Subject: [CyberTOPS] 6 Top Tips For Long Term Success...from Angela's website
Hi Cybertops Friends,
Been reading the Cybertops posts and I see Angela Farley Stephenson
has a website. Oh here's the link.
http://www.thefiveds.com/
Anyways, I went on Angela's website and I seen these 6 Tips and
thought they were excellent. Thanks so much Angela.
6 TOP TIPS FOR LONG TERM SUCCESS
1. It's about a new lifestyle!
2. Don't avoid the scale!
3. Make small changes!
4. If you have the time to bite it, you have the time to write it!
5. Have a list of reasons you want to lose weight. Make it very
specific!
6. Move it to lose it!
I love these 6 tips. I know I'm facing my home digital scale this
morning and I was 170 pounds and that's what I was last
Tues.morning. If I watch pretty good today and Monday I hope to
have a one pound loss. I did have my husband Gary pick me up a 9-V
battery for my Good Cook digital food scale. Today I measured my
almond butter and had 32 grams or 2 tablespoons. I bought these
rice crackers and have 8 of them which is a portion and they are
small. I'm not buying the Mary Gone Crackers anymore because they
have alcohol in them. (lol). Wouldn't have known it but my friend
Julie told me. Guess I didn't read the labels. I did read to see
if it was gluten free and wheat free but they had that written on
the front of the box.
Have a good evening.
TOPS Hugs,
Janice from Ohio
