[CyberTOPS] Are forbidden foods forbidden in TOPS?/fines

No it's not.. That was a choice a group used to make but I never did believe in it..Losing weight is not about giving up the foods we love.. It's all about a lifestyle change and sensible eating.. our group used to draw a forbidden food our of a container each week and I never once thought that was right.. I guess a lot of other people disagreed with it as well and they got rid of the idea....

It seems like the forbidden food and the fines thing are getting all mixed 
in together, am I right in say that in Canada it is illegal for a club to 
have fines even voluntary ones, or am I getting it all wrong?
