[CyberTOPS] Are forbidden foods forbidden in TOPS?

I'm not Canadian, but at our chapter, the Best Loser of the week picks a  
food that we should avoid during the next week.  If we eat that food, we  pay 10 
cents for each time.  It is strictly voluntary and we are  totally on the 
honor system.  There are some who participate and some who  don't in our chapter 
and that's perfectly fine with everyone.  
 
Use your judgement and if you don't feel that a certain food is forbidden  
for you, then don't participate.  It's just common sense.
