[CyberTOPS] Are forbidden foods forbidden in TOPS?

Hi all,

I as well would like to hear a rulling on this. The Chapter I belong to
has a forbidden jar as well. ( plastic margarine container.)The members
fill it periodicaly( whenever the jar becomes empty) with whatever their
down fall is The coin fine is 10 cents for how many times you have
indulged in the forbidden. One forbidden is pulled every week. The bank
you deposit your money in is a PIG. My biggest beef with this all is. If
i choose to have sugar free candy or low calorie choc treats or whatever
in the treat line( you know the ones that are pre measured)  you must
still pay the fine. I have had one sugar free candy dosen't matter you
still have eaten candy. I choose to lie because as far as i'm concerned
it isn't forbidden in my books.

I'm a Canadian as well and I don't remember if there ever was a ruling on
this. Canadian or whatever country you live in it should all be the same
across the board. It will be interesting to hear/see the ruling
