[CyberTOPS] Are forbidden foods forbidden in TOPS?

I have cc'd Barb Cady on this as I would like to know if there is in fact 
a ruling on using "forbidden" foods.  I've never heard of such a thing, 
but being in Canada, maybe it's never been mentioned because we can't fine 
(due to a Canadian law).

There are so many chapters and members on cybertops alone who mention 
forbidden foods or a version thereof that I find it interesting that if 
there is indeed a ruling on it, most chapters know nothing about it.  And 
if there isn't a ruling to that effect, why are some chapters being told 
there is?

Can you clear this up for us, Barb?
