Exercised:  35 minutes

This was the first weigh-in of the new year and we also had a new digital
scale to weigh on.  I am still trying hard to lose, but did not get the
exercised I needed last week to do so due to the fact that I was not working
and also was ill with a cold.  Didn't feel like walking.
