NEVER ROUND OFF ON THE WEIGHT CHART! IF THE SCALE SAYS 200.4 WRITE 200.4!
If you keep rounding, eventually the person is either cheated out of the
weight they've lost or they get credit for weight they haven't lost. If
the WR reads her manual, it says to only round when doing the final tally
on the weight chart (the A, B, C lines) at year end.
