Susan...2009 is going to be our year to shine!...We  can do it together!
 
My cybertops family is so much encouragement to  me..There's not enough words 
in the dictionary for the praise that I have for  Lori Russell!
 
I was thrilled to see my name on several lists this  year..something I have 
not seen in a few years...Thanks to CYBERTOPS & My  TOPS friends in my chapter!
 
Looking forward to seeing you "slimmer" in  Orlando!!

Reading  the stats for 2008 has me more pumped up than thinking about the new 
season of  The Biggest Loser.
I am so impressed with the weight losses recorded, the  new KOPS and 
reinstated KOPS.  
And with the support of this group, I  am feeling the gentle push to make
